Decrease how long Sprite4 stays for to 1.0 seconds at 1683. Start shrinking the jittering at 1700. Decrease how long Sprite4 stays for to 0.6 seconds at 1721. Improve the quality again at 1730. Increase the ghost effect of the static to 70 at 1745. Decrease how long Sprite4 stays for 0.3 seconds at 1750. Improve the quality and thumbnail again at 1776. Shrink the jittering again at 1800.
