This is Æ (ash), and he's one of the three Danish/Norwegian letters. (the other two being Ø and Å) He was very adventurous as a kid, one day he went to climb a volcano, but got burned. Everyone else thought he was dead, so he left, but it turns out he was immune to lava! So he lives in the bottom of the volcano, all covered in ashes. Sometimes he gets visitors. A and E are his cousins.
