Re-shared with a couple of improvements. Control the smaller circle by pressing 2 arrow keys, it will switch the two sectors (colors) of it. Example: If you pressed 'up arrow' then 'down arrow', it would switch the up sector with the down sector. Try to match up the smaller circle with the bigger circle (color wise). Press space to submit when any 2 or more colors match (You get 4 score if all 4 match, 3 if 3 match, 2 if 2 match, 1 if 1 matches)! Beware, if you don't press space in time, it will automatically randomize the colors in the circle, so don't be too slow! You have 1 minute build up your score.
