Brownie recipe - 3/4 cups all purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 3/4 cups granulated sugar 1/3 cup butter or margarine 2 tablespoons of water 12 oz, or around one cup semisweet chocolate chips 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 2 large eggs - Preheat the oven to 325, grease a 9 inch square baking pan. In a small bowl, mx together flour and baking soda In a small saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, and remove immediately from heat after it begins to boil. Stir in the chocolate morsels and vanilla until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth (if there's still sugar granules, it's fine). Transfer mixture into a medium bowl, and let it cool off completely (takes a few hours). Crack and stir in the large eggs, one at a time, and mix well after each addition. Gradually stir in the flour mix until smooth. Remember, oven 325! Cook for around 30-35 minutes and test with a toothpick once it seems ready. If it comes out clean, then it's ready, if not, give it a bit more time! It should come out of the oven with a medium to light brown crust, and a dark soft inside. Cut it into servings and enjoy.
