For example, those with circle marks are in the earth class, meaning that they have the gift to control earth. Mint's mark is a moon, meaning that she has the power to control and wield light. There are only a few light classes in the world, and all of them are powerful. The thing with light classes are that they get their powers when they are 20 years old, meaning that they are powerless up until that point.
