Hello and welcome to my new project after almost 3 months. Here is how to play. The dealer will ask you for your bet. If you win the game, you win your bet. If you lose the game, you lose the bet. So, the dealer will give you your cards. The goal of the game is to get the sum of your cards as close to 21 as possible, with 21 being to goal. You can see your own cards and one of the dealers cards. You are basically facing off against the dealer. The dealer will ask if you want to hit, stand, or double up. If you say hit, you get another card. If you stand, you stop. If you double up, you double your bet and get one more card. Remember, the goal is to get as close as possible or reach 21. If you go above, you lose(unless the dealer also goes above in which case it is a tie.) After a round is over and the result is said, start the project over again, your money will be saved.
I know that blackjack is widely considered a gambling game, but I think this is actually unfair. Blackjack involves a surprising amount of math. For example, you can use probability to determine the likely hood of you going over due to the amount of cards currently in play. If you saw three 3s, it would probably be safe to assume that the next drawn card is not a three, and so on. As well, as being a great coding exercise, it is also an interesting game based on prediction. To be good at blackjack, you have to be good at probability and combinatorics. Which is why I think that is undeserving of the gambling stereotype. I am not promoting gambling at all. Also btw this is not the complete version of blackjack, I am missing some things that are really difficult to code. As always, thank you for looking.
