Okay, so many scratchers in the aesthetic community are either being h8ed on, under a lot of stress, or really depressed. Maybe even all. If you are one of these people please take the time to read this. YOU ARE AMAZING. Don't let what other people say bother you. It's their problem they don't like you, not yours. Besides, you don't need their approval. Their are plenty of other people out in the world who like you, and that's all that matters. RELAX ONCE IN A WHILE. Take the time to enjoy the things you love! If you have to cancel a few things to do it, so what? RELAX. A key to letting go of stress or depression is to relax, get enough sleep, and eat healthy foods(make sure to eat three meals every day). If you have to wake up early for school, just go to bed early so you get enough rest. If you can't fall asleep I recommend piling all your blankets and pillows onto your bed and sleeping on that(it really helps) VENT. It always helps to talk about your problems to people. If you bottle up too many emotions, you're gonna explode! Whether it's talking to your parents, your friends, a therapist, your followers, or even just writing it down in a journal, it'll help! TAKE A BREAK. The aesthetic community is really dramatic, and sometimes the only way to deal with that is to take a break, just until you don't have any more stress. Oh, and stop procrastinating. That will make you even more stressed. If you are still depressed or stressed, just take a nap or hug a plushie. It's the little things. If you're h8ed on, it's probably best to explain to your followers or the people who are h8ing what really happened. if that doesn't work, just make a new account and don't say that you're the same person. Nobody will ever know, and try not to make the same mistakes.
