I don't really got a description, but they could be like a villain who was made by Dr Gero's Grandson or whatever (from the new movie, I forgot his name), and his base form's head shape would be kinda like Final Form Cooler, they would have spots everywhere on their body like cell, and they would weak a Jacket that's Open like Android 13 or Gogeta (not exactly Gogeta, but it's an example), but the race is Bio-Android, Skintone is Purple-Dark Purple Eye color is Yellow transformation is like Cell Semi-Perfect, and a Custom beam attack is the attack that Cell did to Trunks that "killed" Trunks.
