I honestly do get overwhelmed with my anxiety and emotions a lot of the time. The littlest remark or even glance can set me off into a spiral of self-hate. I've been trying to do better about it, and its hard. Well this is to mark a celebration for me of doing a week without self-hate! Also I'm in my current pajamas in this lol!
