I haven't made an I'm Blue project in a while so I decided to do it with the Hoops & Yoyo characters. I added Winston because why not. He's my Hoops & Yoyo OC.
Hoops somehow has the same singing voice as mine and Audrey's but pitched up high a little bit. Piddles has the same singing voices as Mr. Snuggles but it's sped up a little bit. Credit to Hallmark
