He was literally just a recolored Scratch Cat with lightning powers but has actually appeared frequently in a few of my older projects than even a handful of my main OCs that I'm kinda surprised I haven't refined him yet (probably cuz Lilac exists and I prefer variety??) that being said, will I make him an actual OC this time? Eh, depends. I'll most likely make him a very distant side character, though I did have occasional thoughts to make him a main OC (him + the current members aka 14 = 15 so it makes perfect sense right?)
