So! The third Vindusali! The first: Vindusali (the original one) The second: Vindusali Empire (the revolution that turned them into an empire during WW2) Now, the third: Reich Vindusali (the extremists who sided with Germany in WW2) The red cross-thingie is replacing the Third Reich symbol (the you-know-what). So, brief history; Germany approached Vindusali in WW2, wanting to make an alliance. There was the Vindusali Revolution, which turned them into Vindusali Empire, but a group of extremists made a permanent alliance with Germany, unlike Vindusali Empire (who actually decided to ally themselves with Fascist Italy, and he went to Allies with Italy, too), and formed Reich Vindusali. The Countryhuman is grumpy, very serious, and admires Third Reich. He dislikes both his brothers, and hates America. He is a humanoid cat, with large crow wings. He wears a Third Reich uniform, and the hat. His eyes are red, blood red, and the you-know-what is usually above his muzzle, or shown as an x-shaped scar.
