Description

thanks to @cartooney for questions! 1: How often do you draw? a doodle every day. I would do bigger projects but my procrastination is very bad. 2: Who’s your favorite artist(s) i have a text file of many artists' websites that I think are valuable. It's very long. I guess I don't have a favorite because I like artists for different reasons. 3: What type of art do you specialize in (drawing, editing, painting, etc.)? specializing is 4 dweebs 4: How long have you been drawing? since i could hold a pencil 5: Do you prefer to draw humans or animals? i prefer humans, animals are alright. 6: What decade or era had the best art in your opinion? it depends on what country you're looking at; different places had their artistic peaks at different times. sorry this is a non-answer but i don't pay attention to art academically so i have no clue. 7: Do you prefer realism, cartoon or both? mix >:) 8: What was the last thing you drew? some pokemons 9: What’s your favorite thing to draw? weird people and or weird monsters 10: Are you into animation? What FPS do you use? i like Scratch animations. Whatever fps your device can run. 11: What’s your favorite movie, and why? closest thing is Klaus or Beetlejuice. Two movies I rewatch every year. 12: Do you have a sona (or a main character)? nay 13: What do you want to improve on with your art? everything lol I'm trying to render details. There are lots of techniques with digital art. I just have to finish a painting....... 14: Who is your favorite classical artist? I don't have a favorite but I really like ancient egyptian art. They always have such good color palettes. 15: What defines your artstyle? NO IDEA 16: Are you associated with the furry fandom? NOOOOOOOO 17: What colors do you like together? black, white, and red is objectively the best color combination. 18: Bitmap or vector? bitmap because it's way easier. 19: Do you draw fanart? If so, for what fandom(s)? yep. whatever my brain is attached to atm. It changes all the time, it's kind of annoying. 20: What music do you like to listen to while you’re drawing? anything really. sometimes it's a podcast, or music. and the music i listen to is a wide frontier so 21: How many OCs do you have? too many 22: What’s your favorite art program and digital brush? I've used Krita a long time. Currently I've been using Clip Studio, and while I like the UI better, it doesn't run offline. I don't want to not have internet access and loose all of my WIPs. 23: How many sketchbooks have you filled? oh gosh I have three cubbies filled with those. No i will never get rid of them. 24: Who is a great but underrated artist on Scratch? anyone i follow :) I really like @MaggotMush 's artstyle. 25: Do you make comics? i started making one a few weeks ago! i don't intend to share it on Scratch unfortunately. which reminds me i haven't touched it in a week. better get to it Music: ost from Um Jammer Lammy 1.15.24 edit: #6: I've been trying to broaden my horizons, but I can't break away from the 2000's. I really like the synthesis of Japanese and Western art. I also am very fond of 1920-1930 rubberhose cartoons. I like the strange way they morph everyday things, but the singers are hard to swallow. Those are areas of time that have my favorite art, but the objective 'best art in this era' uuuuuh ancient greece for their good statues, mosaics, and temples. romans too maybe there are some differences but it's turned 1.16.24 as i'm writing this #25: i don't even remember what comic i was talking about. rip.
