The "Cats per click" determines how many cats you get when you click the cat icon. The “Cats per second” determines how many cats you get each second. Click on the shop button to open up the shop. When you press a button in the shop, if you have enough cats, it will make your cats per second or cats per click go up. Click on the x to close the shop.
