if this is offensive (the unpaid intern part) then just deal with it. Later in the game you pay 5 times however many workers you have to keep them. If you cannot pay, you go into dept. Sometimes there is a chance they will quit! They demand payment every 5 seconds, but you can upgrade them to get profit instead of losing money!
