Welcome to my first DTA!! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- First things first-what is a DTA? DTA stands for Draw to Adopt. Sketch the characters to the best of your ability, and I'll choose who wins and gets to keep the character as their own. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here are the prizes for who wins: 1st: The person wins the character as well as an icon of them. They also receive a follow from me, @Scratch-Cat_K1O, and a shoutout. 2nd: The person will receive an icon of the character, a follow, and a shoutout. 3rd: The person will get a follow and a shoutout. There will be more characters coming in other waves. The current wave is of Sun signs. Some special traits of the characters: Aries, Taurus and Capricorn are all based on hoofed creatures(ram, bull, sea goat), and they all have darker paws, four toes instead of three or one with two of them being longer than the others, and their paws are flat, as if they really have hooves. Scorpio and Cancer are based on creatures with big claws and multiple legs(scorpion and crab). Both of them exhibit these traits in different ways. Cancer has pointed legs(except for its claws, of course) and Scorpio has rounded legs. Fire Signs Aries -hoof-pawed -Litten-like tail, the tip can act as a torch -downward-pointing horns -spikes on its back that can light on fire Leo -large mane that can set on fire standard lion tail, tip can act as a torch Sagittarius -special flaming arrows that activate when it's mad, it keeps them in the quiver on its back, its bow can set on fire as well Earth Signs Taurus -hoof-pawed -standard bull tail, has the ability to sprout seeds just by touching them with it -upward-pointing horns Virgo -has three tails that are banded together, they can plow soil when separated -always carries a grain of wheat, the wheat gives it energy without eating it Capricorn -hoof-pawed -has very strong legs, allows it to climb easily -long, fish-like tail, allows it to swim and grow things underwater Air Signs Gemini -they have a pattern on their bellies that looks like closet doors, but is actually an misinterpretation of yin and yang -both have double tails, they convert wind into energy -to tell the difference between them, look at their paws. the male twin has a dark yellow paw opposite from their symbol, and the female has a light yellow paw Libra -has scale-shaped earrings, always knows the difference between right and wrong Aquarius -has a water jug strapped to the side of their body, the water inside has healing powers -light blue paws in the front and dark blue paws in the back -a very long tail, uses it as a spout Water Signs Cancer -pincers and extra legs -unique pattern on its stomach, helps it with camouflage -hard shell on its back, defends it from danger Scorpio -pincers and extra legs -standard scorpion tail, helps it in self-defense and hunting Pisces -standard axolotl tails, helps them swim faster
