E for power Giga spawns on the X. Slow, medium catch rate, and frequent. Frank spawns in a random place. Fast, low catch rate, and spawns occasionally. You might be able to see a ghost of him. Don't touch the ghost. Gobo spawns on the X. Fast, really low catch rate, and spawns rarely.
