Evans Lift | Woodridge Office Building, Southwestern ScratchCentral The Woodridge Office Building Was First Built Back Around The 1970s/1980s As A Small Two Story Office Building For Tenants That Wanted To Have Their Office Space Around The Nice Blue Waters. The First Floor Of The Building Is Occupied By A Fictional Medical Business However The Second Floor Has Been Left Vacant For Years. There Is Sadly No Plan On The Second Floor Being An Occupied Space Anytime Soon. In This Building You Would Think There Would Be Something Like A Newer LULA Elevator However There Is An Evans Lift That Is Still Original With The One Major Difference Being A Cab Makeover. While Yes, The Lift May Of Seen Better Days, The Lift Makes A Nice Whirring Noise As It Is Moving Up And Down.
