In this state he has some control over you. most things he can do is follow you and oof you. however, during this time, he's pretty easy to see, he can't disguise as a tails, and he can't use his powers against you. managing to survive him will force him back into the nearest device). However, when he's in a device, whether it's a computer, phone, TV, or other tech, he can do anything he wants to the tech. Examples from best to worst case scenarios: Messing with the screen like opening random tabs, corrupting your saved files, showing incredibly disturbing images of dead sonic.exe, starved eggman, and chaotix (minecraftdungeoner12.exe's victims. they are canon exes), spreading a very dangerous computer virus onto your computer that can overload it and make it go boom boom. Oh ya if you try to destroy your tech, it's useless. He'll appear in your dreams, and the destroyed tech will randomly be repaired. His total death count is 10000000000 (as he's capable of traveling to different dimensions, tho this also decreases some of his powers). that's all also you can't destroy him you can only slow him down
