Rules are almost the same as in The Year Devolution. Rules: - All effects of the year change must be unique and kid-friendly (e.g. no excessive violence, blood, etc.) - Devolve the year by 1 every remix (e.g. 2000 -> 1999) - Don't devolve the year by more than 1 (e.g. 2000 -> 1990) - No blood or gore - No Creepypasta -No violence unless it's minimal and cartoonish and affecting the black numbers - No inappropriate language - No Among Us references or characters - No memes (e.g. Doge) - You must follow the Scratch Community Guidelines every remix - No decreasing/increasing the effort - No Scratch Library sprites (e.g. Scratch Cat, Crab, Retro Robot) - Don't turn this project into an 'Add Yourself' project - No logos or characters of any sort except for the "Year Devolution II" logo - No Scratch Library backgrounds (e.g. Neon Tunnel, Witch House, Blue Sky) - If anything used is copyrighted, you must give credit to the original owner(s) to prevent theft (bronze rule) - Don't ruin this project (silver rule) - Don't delete anything in the instructions or notes and credits (golden rule) If you remix breaks any of the rules above, it will be rejected _______________________________________ The background will change on the years 2006, 1997, 1975 and 1953. Add static with a ghost effect of 95 at 1989. Desaturate the colors at 1975. Add an old film effect at 1965. Remove color at 1953. Make everything begin to jitter a bit at 1948. More coming soon...
