along side with the mats lost music video footage i also found this recording of early the true mr needlemouse wich is a bug report. Its Most likely its here becouse Matt (MBWM) was playing it more info is unknown (also note how at the end you can hear a bang and footsteps its most likly matt hitting console out of frustration soo this isnt happening 1st time)
