There are rare occasions where I'd let people sign up 2. 2. Do whatever you want with the mechanics. Just don't make em' complicated. 3. If you are lazy with the character design, (Recolours, not your own character, etc.) I will not accept the submission. 4. Changes can/will be made to your character's mechanic. 5. I will be making models for each of the characters except a few for multiple reasons. So don't make their designs too complicated either.
