Instructions

After civilization fell, Wood Stork numbers slowly began to increase and evolve. The Brachiumcioconiae is one of the descendants of them, and it is arguably one of the most bizarre animals, still having a resemblance to the storks but a behaviour like dromaeosaurs. Physical description The Brachiumcioconiae is about 160 cm tall and weighs about 5 kilograms. Its long legs act like 'stilts', allowing the bird to stay at a good enough height to not only hunt like most storks did, but to also reach higher up to plants. The Brachiumcioconiae has two 'tusks' sticking out of its bill. These are used to gather food, although they still are mid-evolution. It is balanced by a short tail, although long tail feathers give the illusion of it being much longer. The most bizarre feature about this creature are the arms. The Brachiumcioconiae has given up the use of flight and has changed them into simple arms. These arms only have two claws and are used in hunting. Diet The Brachiumcioconiae is an omnivorous predator, preying upon fish, mammals, amphibians and reptiles of its habitat. Although it uses the same method storks use to catch prey in the water, it hunts differently on land. When prey is spotted by its keen eyesight, the Brachiumcioconiae uses its two clawed arms to pin it to the ground. However, the creature also has berries on the menu, using its small tusks to gather them and its long legs and neck to reach higher for food. Location The Brachiumcioconiae usually lives within rivers, but it can also sometimes be found roaming around in the remains of cities, picking out small prey from the buildings. Ecology and evolution The Brachiumcioconiae is an uncommon sight in the USA, making up about 27% of the population. Despite this, it still is an expert hunter, coexisting with the Crawliths and preying upon them. Interestingly, the arms of the creature are growing slightly larger with evolution. It is possible that the Brachiumcioconiae will transition from a biped to a quadruped.
