All the other 5 yr olds pretend they are too cool, but they're just jealous. Jake is the kind of kid who will stick up for what he believes in, doesn't care what anyone thinks and just generally get stuck in to anything he loves. There is, however, a 'darker' side to Jake. He is faced with dyslexia, ADHD, and lots of other mental conditions, which often makes it hard for him to socialise, and he often takes out his anger on the other children.
