Space H Claire was built by Kerr Stuart in 1908. She originally worked at at a small light railway in Kent where she mainly hauled passengers as well goods. Unfortunately In 1968 the railway closed. After sitting in storage for a decade She was sold of to work on the Joon Riverside Railway to work at the slate quarry at Kirkcolm in 1978 She still works there till this day.
