Lisa, and is one of the songs from Mekakucity Actors, otherwise known as Kagerou Projoect, or Kagepro <3 I ranked it fairly lowly, as the anime isn't actually all the great, but its soundtrack is faultless ^^ SORRY FOR NOT DOING AT'S.
