This isn't really a story or like a manual like most of my other projects are, I just wanted to clarify something- there is a government structure within the SC (as well as within it's individual members), and there is a separate military structure. In the government, of the greater SC, there are multiple representatives from each member state who often collaborate with the military hicom to make both international and domestic decisions. Within Astanislavia specifically there is a democratic republic, wherein the candidates are selected as nominees then voted on by the people, with a executive council being the main source of government power (led by the president, although they only have a few more abilities than any given councilmember). Within the military high command, there is another council, however this one is not voted on and has undictated amounts of representatives from all member states who work together to find the best way to utilize the SC's military forces. The representatives are chosen by the government of the nation in question. NOW: every player (real person) within the SC can have a character within the military council (or just their government), or they can represent themselves in it. Honestly I think other people should do that as well, I dunno, I feel that adding characters or yourself into something gives more of a personal feel to it.
