the red dude in the water is Prince Comet and he a space dragon (not wof) the seafoam dragon is Shockwave the blue dragon with the monocle is Shockwave's brother, Canopy the green haired person is Ouroboros the sick dude if Robin, obviously the two looking at the sharks are Lilac and Destiny and the ishvalan-looking person is me, im planning on dyeing my hair so this is more accurate :/
