A recent small addition to the FRU military has been the introduction of a team system to promote teamwork and comradery. Operators had the chance to gather at least nine others to form a team, into which other operators could join provided they had completed a year of combat training. Teams sleep in the same dormitories, eat together at mess halls, train together... generally spending a lot of time doing things as a group, unless of course the team is too large, in which case operators will be rotated around occasionally to different, smaller groups (still part of the same team) to work with. Teams can be left and even dissolved by messaging a commander, and if you have left a team you are recommended to join another within the next month before you will automatically be filtered into Deviant; by extent, operators who fail to join a team within a month of gaining said ability will be placed into Team Deviant, with others who also did not, which can of course be left at any time (only to join another, however). Current major teams include (there are a massive amount of smaller teams as well): Team Valor - 138.326 - Well rounded Team Zakalennyy - 27.438 - Majority of pilots Team Ushav'k - 62.178 - Majority of infantry Team Crossbow - 12.344 - Solely sniper/marksman personnel Team Maslock - 26.174 - Well rounded Team Haven - 102.519 - Well rounded Team Werschaut - 7.289 - Majority of demolitions/explosives Team Stalker - 14.728 - Majority of commandos Team Deviant - 19.326 - The newbies Deviant is actually one of the smallest (of the major) because the only people who actually want to join it are veterans or friends of members, and the majority of operatives are quite happy to join other teams to work with.
