Through a series of diplomatic talks, Umbra and SC diplomats have reached agreements to cease hostilities between both factions. Umbra and SC will be withdrawing their nuclear weapons from the respective regions. Umbra and other DP nations are also working on a deal to purchase PSRB territory for the UNOP.
