This is a selecting menu with even more stars including the 2 black holes X and R.
Reason why you have to press P for QS: The Neutron star uses the Q key, and QS used to have the Q key as well, so I had to change QS' Key to P. NOTE: There is also a secret that needs you to use the Makey Makey feature.
