Cerebella is inspired by a part of the brain known as "Cerebellum" which apparently controls muscles to move and stay balanced and stuff. And Neu-Ron is, obviously, a neuron. He acts at the speed of light to get his job done, which is to pass electrical signals to the other neurons.
