In timed mode the objective is to gain enough money to beat the previous high score. You can buy and sell stocks before the game is started. Read below to find out how. -==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==- Buy and sell stocks to make money, To buy or sell a stock simply click on the stock you wish to buy or sell and select the amount. The chart on the left of the screen displays the value of each stock. The lower the value of a stock, the less you have to pay for shares of it, the higher the value of a stock the more you have to pay for shares of it. The same goes for selling shares, a low value stock will sell for a lower amount of money and a higher one will sell for a higher amount of money. At the beginning of the game the stock values are reset to 100%. A good strategy for getting a lot of money is to buy shares when they are low value and sell them when they are high value. -==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==- When you click the tick button on the right of the screen, a display above it and to the left of the timer will show what happened (hold space to enlarge). From left to right it shows the stock affected, whether its value was changed, up or down (higher or lower), or if you receive a dividend of that stock, and by how much its value was changed or by how much it was divided. When you receive a dividend, you receive the percentage of the amount displayed of that stock in money. For example, If you have 1000 shares in bonds, and the indicator reads BONDS DIV 20 you will receive 200 dollars. The amount of money you receive through a dividend is not affected by the value of a stock. However, if a stock's value is lower than 100 you can not receive dividends of that stock. -==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==- When a stock's value reaches 200, your shares in that stock are doubled, and the value is reset at 100. If a stock's value reaches 0, you lose all your shares in that stock, and the values is also reset at 100.
