MS paint (v -1.0) press e to hide all the settings (for screenshots) (fullscreen recommended) use the arrow keys to move the cursor around and press the 1 key to draw.
press 2 to make the cursor go to your cursor and draw when you click, and to make it move using arrow keys then press 3. (it automatically starts with arrow keys to move it around)
