Instructions

NOTE: 1. This has problems if you type a decimal number less than one with more than 1 non-zero digit at the back such as 0.0000069420 as in numbers less than 1, it substracts 2 from the length. I need to find a way for it to check digits. SORRY! :( 2.If your answer doesn't appear in the "CONVERTION" list, that means the number you put in has either more than 1 comma, full stop, negative sign, or more than 1 zero at the beginning.
