Any Question is OK! I will answer all! But... - They must be related to Super Smash Bros. Gold. - Requests / Suggestions are also OK, but only one or two I’ve ever taken on board. - No more than 2 questions. - Nothing too quisitive (E.G. 'Is the Rabbid playable?' I'd rather you ask 'Will Ubisoft get reps?') @ioonpuhe says... Q: Are you adding any characters that were not added in ssbu? A: Of course! I don't really know if that's a question that needs answering! But my picks are selected for a multitude of reasons, like balancing the series with 2 characters each with a couple of exceptions. One is a hero, the other a villain/powerful character. Anyone else I really (And I mean REALLY) want is a Side-Character. If they aren't any of those, they are considered filler. Now characters are selected for plenty of reasons, like spritesheet quality and how important they are to me. All in all, this has created a roster that can barely be changed. The Base 21 will definitely not be changed, and there's 6 more in case I want to further development. But to link back to your question, everyone I really want for Smash should be in this game. Of course, I have to balance the roster out because of this, but generally expect more than a third of the roster to be new characters (In terms of all the characters). However, don't get your hopes up. Many of those 9~ newcomers need other characters to get in, or from series that aren't already in Smash. I'd say that there is only 2~ newcomers that aren't from a new series or is 'strongly considered'. Q2: huh, so anyone like axl from KH2 is not an option? A: Well... I mean, he is a villain, but I'm sticking to major series like I said. This really means 9 series are represented, each with a hero and a formidable foe, with an extra 2 series with one character and one side character in the base roster. I'd rather not discuss Strongly Considered picks since they break this organisation and go beneath the roster. So if I was a really big KH fan and wanted it to be on of the 10~ series, and he was a prominant villain, I'd look at a spritesheet. @ioonpuhe also says... Q: Also will you consider adding engineer from risk of rain 2? (i think it would be a fun character) A: That is by far the most obscure pick I've heard thus far. Hearing neesh picks or characters with strong reasoning is why I let people have requests. Although, I'm not going to follow up on it. He doesn't have a spritesheet and is from a game I've never remotely heard of... sorry man! @ioonpuhe also ALSO says... Q: Which games are most heavily influencing ssbg? A: OK, this'll be your last question otherwise the description will be far too big. The series that have a major influence will be Mario, DKC, Pokemon, Zelda, Metroid, EarthBound, Sonic, Yo-Kai Watch, Dragon Ball Z and of course, Smash. I also plan for a superhero to be playable, and have content from other series represented through stages and whanot. @ioonpuhe's last question is... Q: oh ok, so, if you were to add a character suggested by the public, how would you go about doing it? A: Ok, I'll answer this last one since this is a good question, but no more questions! (Love the enthusiam, btw.) If I were to go about public suggestions, I'd prefer very broad suggestions, typically veterans or new, popular picks for major series. They'd need good spritesheets that mesh with the art style and are big enough to work as a normal character with no moveset improvisation (Basically no using sprites for purposes they weren't meant for). They'd also need high demand for their inclusion. I'd say I'd probably would have to think very hard on their inclusion for them to get in through popular demand, Yoshi, Fox, Captain Falcon and Marth all have a strong chance if demand is EXTREMELY high. Like everyone wants them, levels of high. Captain Falcon especially, although Ganondorf will carry over most of Captain Falcon's traits, becoming 'his own character' by a lack of a Cap. @dudesponge2 says... Q: Will goku and vegeta have transformations (or at least Kaio-ken) incorporated in their movesets? A: Eh... kinda. There won't be any mid-battle transformations, since that would be like adding in another character. However, their final smashes will referance the Kaio-Ken Kamehameha (Goku) and the Big Bang Attack + Final Flash Super Sayain Combo (Vegeta). @Riba_Aduraice says... Q: Will there be Mega Man characters? Just wondering. A: No, as much as a capcom rep is cool, that's all that's going for the series. I don't think I'll ever consider him again. @SaimAxe says... Q: I just want to know how will the top blast zone will work. Will you only get ko’d on the top blatzone of your in hit stun like in normal smash or will it act more like the other blastzones in which you just get ko’d if you touch them. A: All the blast zones launch you if you touch them, but the top requires the player to be registered in their 'taking damage' state to be launched upwards.

A: If character development goes well, excpect 3. @--IceGamer-- says... Q: will the stage scroll when you walk on it or is it full screen? A: They are like rivals of aether, still screen.Think this: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/732799571 @--IceGamer-- also says... Q: Do you think you're gonna add in goofy characters like Mr. Incredible or Spider-Man? (the same way ssf1 did) A: Spidey isn't goofy. I call goofy picks 'joke picks' and usually the joke is that something so absurd is fun to play, like SSF2 Sandbag (Despite his recovery being bad). I don't have plans for anyone, but if dev time lets me put 30 characters, I think there's one joke pick I can do... however most joke picks don't work due to a lack of sufficient sprites, but I think this pick would be good. @--IceGamer-- has other points in the comments about development.
