It’s all things he gives us like just a theme to go with like the underwater one. Using that as our example, he gives us our action that makes the lighting and water effect of downloading. He gives us customized brush things to download. We download those and find a png of our choosing, open it all in a new photoshop file and once we play the action we go in and brush in the bubbles and splash and add filters and fix up the image better. Yes, it can still be art. Look idek how I could explain all that but I hope that made a better understanding for you guys Thank you for your time.
