Flag. What's going on is Lighttail Managed to escape being evil when StarClan let him in a dream. He then realized all he had done and how much he loved the cats he made suffer. He rested in the dream knowing that if he woke up he find himself evil again. That's what he's crying about. (yes it's all very sad)
