This has to be the weirdest mod I have ever seen. This lift was a Schindler 5400 with FI-MXB buttons, just typical. This lift was installed in the year 2002, about 20 years ago. The lift then had a slap on mode from KONE in about 2014, where they replaced the Schindler Miconic TX/GC controller with an LCE controller, and slapped on KDS300 AUS buttons and indicator. Then in 2021, Kotori came along to mod it AGAIN. The lift had the logic changed again to Thames Valley Shaft Encoder, and the buttons were replaced to Dewhurst. The motor received a new ZETA VF drive and the indicator got replaced. Also the voice does not tell us what's closing or opening.
