(Small note: I did lots of searching into the backrooms in order to make this as well as a few plant things. this story is going to be Mostly all in the prospective of Leafy. with all that aside. enjoy my au!) ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Leafy's POV: "I Don't understand! why can't you just get pa-" Leafy had felt something hit her hard on the side of her face before everything went black, but before that? she couldn't quite remember what happened, as everything was quite hazy. how long had she even been knocked out for? 20? 30 minutes? maybe even longer, who was to say for sure. she was only just now gaining back her consciousness. from the buzzing she was hearing. someone must have turned on the A.C or something. the A.C at their dorms had always been noisy. so, all of the Losers agreed to only turn it one while they were gone so they can come back to a cool dorm. Four had made all the team's dorms back when the competition had first started. Leafy forced her eyes to open. "Can you turn off the A.C?" She grumbled as she sat up, eyes widening as she realized that she was no longer in the loser's dorm house. "Where... where am I?!" she forced herself onto her feet, quickly adjusting her bowtie while staring at the endless maze of hallways Infront of her. how had she ended up here! she had never seen anything like it before. maybe if she wandered around, she could find an exit of some kind! yea, maybe someone brought her here as a prank to freak her out! while she was walking around aimlessly, she had taken a few small things into account, normally she was not very observant, but she had a feeling that it may help her if she knew the surrounding's better. such as the fluorescent lighting's buzzing is notably louder and more obtrusive than ordinary fluorescent humming and the lights themselves inconsistently placed around the rooms. the Carpet was surprisingly damp no matter where she stepped, which had honestly grossed her out just a little bit. the creepiest thing, however, was that no two rooms within this strange place were ever identical. that would make it easy to backtrack if she ever needed to at least. considering this place seemed to be an endless maze. speaking of, how long had she been walking for? it's felt like such a long time had passed sense she had awoken here. Leafy crossed her arm's as she continued to walk. not because she was angry, however. she felt more uneasy than anything else. like if something was here, something besides her. maybe it was one of the losers or other teams keeping an eye on her? she hoped that was the case, but something was nagging her. surely, she should have found some sort of sign of an exit by now. or one of the teammates would have helped her by now if they truly were watching her. she shivered a bit as something caught her attention. from the very corner of her eyes, some sort of Movement in her peripheral vision resembling insects crawling underneath the wallpaper! she turned to fully see what was happening. but the strange sight seemed to have completely disappeared when she turned to it. leaving only the entirely still wallpaper. "i need to find an exit..." she muttered to herself, quickening her pace to more of a speed walk. "Okay... this is getting ridiculous and creepy" she had been speed walking for some time now. and still had not found any form of life or an exit. she was really starting to lose her mind. not to mention when she had begun back tracking some, she had somehow ended up on a different path then her original one! by now she had begun calling out for anyone to help her. but there was never any sort of reply. maybe she should... suddenly the Humming from the lighting started increasing to a deafening volume, Leafy yelped in pain as she covered her ears. (ears?? idk) if felt like if they were going to start bleeding if she didn't find a way to stop it! but then... nothing, she uncovered one of her ears, nothing, no sound. no movement. absolutely nothing. had the noise caused her to go deaf? she walked over to a wall, lightly tapping it. it made sound. so, she had not gone deaf. that was a good sign? maybe. she didn't know anymore. maybe it was best she just kept moving... at least by now that's what she kept telling herself...
