Because I think Scratch Team doesn't know who's this super blue fighting blur bomber yet, and it would be a great time to do so. He was basically created by Scratch Cat's supercool cousin, Scretch, who also goes by the name, Neon Scratcher. Mega Hog has (as of right now) 6 robotic brothers, 9 robotic cousins, and one uncle (which is Scratch Cat themselves). Big family.
