Legend has it that this cloak protects the user from physical interactions of harmful intent. A modern-day equivalent would be the sweater from the Cuphead show, except it applies to everyone and only interactions meant to harm. There is a catch, however. Upon wearing for the first time, the cloak will bond to the user and cannot be taken off by any means until its bond is broken or the user dies. The method of how to break this bond, however, has been lost to legend. And if the user happens to be a shapeshifter, the bond will disable their shapeshifting powers until it is broken. And it seems an old friend of ours is after it.
