After the collapse of the G.U.W and the return of the Charthanakath Dominion to its former state, the latter reformed into the Charthanakath Authority. The Dominion (now the Authority)'s perpetual preparation for the apocalypse paid off well, as its reformed state was able to salvage storehouses of weapons and designs located in primitive but relatively strong bunkers. However, the CA has been majorly crippled by the disbandment of Heckler & Koch as well as the G.U.W, however, they plan to reunite with Scarfish and Starlight forces and become a union once again. The Charthanakath fishing industry has exploded due to massive shifts in sea levels, replacing older industries that are now incapable of functioning. (If you're asking why the guns aren't rusty, it's because not the entirety of HRT's proposed CBU S4 map is a wasteland.)
