The dimension Waltera is a world that started out as any normal world....until the God Storm hit and flooded everything. but thanks to the Elder's of the dimension the people and furr's (Anthropomorphic animals) were able to prepare and they did so by making Floating City's and now 200 years after the world had been flooded they are able to live amongst the rainy weathers and thrive to be one of the greatest city's in the dimensions known as Seaford the City of the ocean
