After the end of Chapter 2, it seemed that the Queen was somehow still alive. She learned about the entrance/exit to the light world (Located in the library), Ralsei saw the queen (So did Spamton), so they followed her out into the Light World. Ralsei and Spamton changed, but they saw Kris and Susie. Then the queen was terrorizing the library but left because she was “Bored Lol”. So the Library was turned into a bunker.
