So Sonic Ultimate is the war from Sonic Forces........but way badder. Exetior (From Sonic Chaos) is taking random people and turning them into his minions, the hero base and all it's weapons are all being destroyed, and Exetior isn't the only one doing all of the destroying. Seelkadoom (From Shadic Vs Nazo Vs Seelkadoom), Nazo (Also From Shadic Vs Nazo Vs Seelkadoom), and Bush's ememy Carrot just got with each other and starting destroying a pour town while Exetior went around the world and started destroying stuff. And thats how Sonic Ultimate started.
