In December 2020, Garbage Lift Services was here to modernize, wait for it, AN HANSEN HYDRAULISK !!!! They have COMPLETELY RUINED THIS LIFT !!! It’s even worse than Jackson or Evil Owl !!!! Thanks a lot, Garbage Lift Services !!!! Before the mod. : Brand : Hansen Hydraulisk Hiss. Model : 1rst Gen. Version : HydroSmart 3 (The poshest and the most advanced version). Buttons : Golden regular Schaefer MT 42 buttons with nice and rare green illumination (Reliable and nice-looking buttons). Indicators : Hansen Hydraulisk’s LCD HD indicators. Jambarrows : Hansen Hydraulisk. Built : March 2007. Type : MRL Twin-Piston Roped Hydraulic. Logic : S3 P-Dahl digital controller with full memory + Hansen Hydraulisk’s levelling control unit. Voice : « S3 voice ». Pump : GMV T2. Valve : GMV 3010. Doors : Thyssenkrupp euro. Full speed : 1 m/s. Chime(s) : None. Levelling setup : Full intelligent. Pre-doors : Yes. My opinion : A very reliable, very efficient, long-lasting, advanced, very smooth, posh and nice-looking semi-generic hydraulic lift. The motor is also nice-sounding but a bit quiet and the intelligent levelling control unit and the soft-starter makes it quite energy efficient for a hydraulic. Logic : ULCEP IV (Ultra Low-Cost Elevator Parts, a chinese elevator logic manufacturer with full memory but with a SUPER NOISY Lester Controls logic fan. BLUUURRRRRRR) !!! Voice : Older Lester Controls Voice + Wierd Lester « Please Mind The Doors » Voice + « This lift is out of service » message with the actual Lester voice (BLLUURR) !!! Doors : Selcom (BLURRRRR) !!! Full speed : 0.43 m/s (GRRRRRR) !!!! Chime(s) : 3 Lester Controls Direction Chimes (GRRRRR) !!!! + 1 Dellios Arrival Chime (AARGH) !!!! Levelling setup : Unknown but very rubbish. (GRRRRRRR) !!! Starter type : The starter is now a blind Magnetek HPV 900 VF drive with a NOISY FAN (BLURRRR) !!! Cab : Refurbished inside (GRRRRRRR) !!! Phone : ULCEP (GRRRRRRRRR) !!!! Problem(s) : Takes a long time to charge/start the pump, takes a very long time to level, no pre-doors, the lift is continually sinking and keeps relevelling for a long time, which wears out the hydraulic motor (Due to the bypass valve which has an internal leakage), the whole valve is very worn due to the long startup and the long levelling, it starts with a big jolt when going up, the cab wobbles on the way up, it makes a jolt when it slows down, it can safety break itself, the phone isn’t working, the hydraulic makes a wierd sound while levelling upwards (Due to the worn out valve because the lift is not low on oil), the VF and the logic fans are very loud, the floor numbering is wrong, it has 2 slow levelling speeds of 0.01 m/s and 0.001 m/s which makes the levelling ultra long, this lift is a power-guzzler compared to originally, the outside doors of the lift were refurbished in an ugly way, the Selcom doors makes some horrible noises, the logic is incredibly unreliable, the VF drive is buzzing while startup and levelling at 0.001 m/s on the way up, the logic is messed up while relevelling, when the fan of the logic stops, the lift force to closes the doors if the doors are opened, the cab goes to the pit and the lift goes out of service for about 2 minutes, it’s the same thing after a safety break, when the lift goes back into service it relevels to the floor and open it’s doors, the safety circuit is an unreliable and incredibly dangerous software safety circuit which can go wrong unlike a physical safety circuit, etc… My opinion : This modernization is sooo bad that even the Wheelie Bin will be sick by thinking about this lift !!!! BLLUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRR !!!!!! It’s only a matter of time before someone gets stuck in it and it ends up in the pit !!!! ULTRA C… MOD !!!! And this thing is now BROKEN because someone gets stuck in it and it’s now sinked down in the pit !!!! It’s broken since the 11/09/2022 !!!! And the building is a Blôrk-Hotel Premium at Södra Ankargatan 15 in Umeå, Sweden. This hotel has 5-Star and a lift like this is UNACCEPTABLE !!!! F#&K YOU, GARBAGE LIFT SERVICES FOR DOING THIS MODERNIZATION !!!! The building is from 1957 and it was renovated in 2007. It is also an awesome old hydraulic lift !!!
