These drawings were made on March-June of 2021, this was a series which is explained in the ‘short lore’ section below Lucy’s design screams “character/graphic design is my passion” I could have sworn I had actual full body drawings of Akio, Lyrica and Matomida but I might have deleted them out of embarrassment lol short lore: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/726571371/#comments-286221635 how Matomida met Lyrica and Akio: Matomida is one of the aliens that took part in the invasion over earth, he believes that it is wrong to take over land when people are already living in it so he tells his team that he would ‘watch over them so that they didn’t escape’ but instead take care of them by fetching them left over meals and medical supplies. Lyrica was always suspicious and paranoid of the supernatural ever since she was taken away from her and Akio’s parents during the beginning of the invasion. Akio is the opposite and believes the Aliens can have a change of heart (like Matomida) and that they just needed to talk it over and the aliens will leave them alone, due to this Lyrica and Akio fight often. They stay at (what used to be) their father’s office, the room was wide enough to fit 30 people maximum and it’s pretty good in condition so they decided to stay there as long with Matomida sometimes. Bio/information for Name: Lyrica Mayflower Age: 15 (and a half, as she always brags about to her younger brother.) Gender: Female Pronouns: She/Her Personality: A Clever, Snarky, yet clumsy and shy deep down, She is very remarkable and creative even for her age as she aspires to become a Engineer/Architect like her mother. She acts bitter but cares for her brother no matter what she and her brother argrue about that day. Name: Akio Mayflower Age: 12 Gender: Male Pronouns: They/He/Xe Personality: A bright and bubbly boy with a smile that could cure any feelings of sadness, They are very optimistic about the future and what life beholds them in the future. Although, Akio is very Naïve and believes everything he is told, even if it is the most outlandish of claims. They care about everybody in their circle and will always find a way to make anybody’s day Name: Matomida (nicknamed ‘Box’ by Akio) Age: “Not confirmed but looks to be around 20-35?” - Lyrica (Journal Entry 23.) Gender: “Most likely none, or both? it’s voice is masculine..” - Lyrica (Journal Entry 23.) Pronouns: “Well, we usually just call it a ‘He’, ‘It’ or ‘They’, It doesn’t seem to have a preference, probably can’t tell the difference since its new to English, Its good at everything most of the time but It really seem to struggle at Pronouns, Adverbs and Adjectives.” - Lyrica (Journal Entry 23.) Personality: “Mostly silent, Akio likes him because It reminds them of their father… ‘Talkative, Calming, very smart, and extremely awesome!’ They put it. Why doesn’t Akio understand that the world wasn’t the same as when he was just 7 years old? It feels so long and yet it’s only been 5 years… Akio doesn’t deserve this at such a young age- If only mom was still here to bicker us about roughhousing, atleast that would make me feel more comfortable and safe knowing she was here rather than us being left alone in the desert with strangers.” - Lyrica (Journal Entry 24.)
