This is an extremely dangerous situation for all those involved. Please listen to local officials if you are in the Ryukyu islands or Taiwan. This could also be a longer range threat to South Korea. Latest satellite and radar imagery indicates the storm may be going through an eyewall replacement cycle... but regardless, this will remain a very dangerous situation. In fact, an eyewall replacement cycle may worsen things because right now, Hinnamnor is a very small storm. But, an EWRC will make it a larger storm with more widespread impacts Stay safe!
