The ancient Dynabloxian spearman was a type of Dynabloxian heavy infantry mainly used during its Ancient period, and even lasted (albiet, lasted as a "pikeman" form) up until a few hundred years before the end of its Classical period. Spearmen were well-trained Dynabloxian soldiers, armed with a medium-length spear, and sometimes a shortsword for closer combat. They were mainly used as a frontline unit, using their spear's length to keep enemies at bay, and they would use their armor to deflect arrows, and blows from melee. The rest of the units (except for skirmishers) would usually stay behind them, though if conditions called for it, they would be able to change their formation due to their training. so uh yeah
